Jan has been playing and composing since childhood – and from the early days of 70s garage rock, his journey has led through theatre music, Danish blues, folk songs, and lively concerts across the country. Born in Nyborg and trained as a music teacher at Skårup Seminary, Jan has worked with the theatre group Gadesjakket and author Josefine Ottesen, with whom he also shares his life.

At Carlsberg Camping, you’ll experience Jan in his intimate solo act Feeling Good – a heartfelt and atmospheric setup, often accompanied by his own backing tracks and guitar. The repertoire includes both English and Danish gems from artists such as:
