For bookings, name, contact information, and payment details are mandatory to complete the reservation. If you do not wish to provide this information online, you can contact us by phone instead.

  • Access to personal data is strictly limited to only 4 authorized staff members
  • We use FluentSMTP and Contact Form 7 for secure email communication
  • Our website is protected with complex security code

  • Encryption of sensitive information

8. Transfers to Third Countries

In connection with the use of Google Analytics and other international services, your information may be transferred to the USA or other countries outside the EU/EEA. The transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), which ensure an adequate level of protection.

9. Retention Period

We retain your information for as long as necessary for the respective purpose:

  • Contact form data: Stored for up to 12 months after your inquiry has been processed
  • Booking information: Stored for up to 5 years after your stay due to accounting and tax legislation in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Bogføringsloven § 10, stk. 1)
  • Analysis and marketing data: Stored in accordance with the respective cookies’ lifetime (typically 1-24 months)

10. Automated Decisions and Profiling

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling based on your personal data.

11. Children and Personal Data

Our website is not specifically directed at children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without parental or guardian consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us so that we can delete this information.

During your stay at the camping site, photos may be taken for use on our website, social media, and in marketing materials. You will always be informed about this and have the option to decline appearing in the photos. If you discover images of yourself or your children that you want removed, please contact us.
