Use of the Price Calculator

This website offers a free and non-binding price calculator, which you can use to get a guideline price estimate for a stay at Carlsberg Camping ApS.

Important information:
The price calculator is for guidance only and serves as a helpful tool for you as a guest.
The prices displayed may be subject to errors and changes and are therefore not legally binding.
All online purchases and payments are carried out exclusively through our official booking portal, where prices and terms are always up to date and applicable.

Sales and Delivery Terms

Payment

All prices stated in the price calculator are in Danish kroner (DKK) or euros (EUR) and include VAT and all applicable fees, unless otherwise clearly stated.

All online purchases and payments are conducted via Carlsberg Camping ApS’s booking portal, where you can pay using Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and Diners.
When booking, a deposit of 25% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Information about Online Purchases

You can safely make online purchases via our booking portal.
As a consumer, you are generally protected against credit card misuse and are not liable for unauthorized use – cf. the rules described at:
www.forbrugerombudsmanden.dk and www.fdih.dk

Shipping and Delivery

Once you have completed a booking and payment, you will receive a contract by email confirming your purchase.
Delivery of the purchased product takes place upon arrival at Carlsberg Camping ApS, Sundbrovej 19, 5700 Svendborg, on the stated arrival date.
The stay ends on the departure date as stated in the contract.

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

You may cancel your booking within 14 days and receive a full refund.
After 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival, all payments except the deposit will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given.

Disclaimer for the Price Calculator

The price calculator on this website provides indicative information, and potential errors or inaccuracies in the calculations may occur.
We reserve the right to change prices and terms without prior notice.

Only the prices and terms listed in the booking portal are legally binding.

Data Registration

When booking via the portal, necessary information (name, address, email, etc.) is recorded and stored for up to 5 years in accordance with applicable accounting regulations.
Carlsberg Camping ApS uses secure servers and encrypted connections when handling credit card data.

Complaints

If you do not receive your contract or encounter any errors related to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Complaints regarding bookings or the stay must be submitted within a reasonable time after the issue has been discovered.
The right to complain expires one year after the stay has ended, cf. Section 83, subsection 1 of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, unless otherwise agreed.
