Have you wondered what Funen wine actually tastes like? Now you have the chance to find out! We’ll have a lovely visit from Lene and Dennis from Frørup Vineyard, who are inviting you to a cosy and informal wine tasting here at Carlsberg Camping.
Lene and Dennis will take us on their personal ‘journey’ from dream to reality as Funen winemakers. We’ll hear about the exciting craft, the work out among the vines and inside the winery – and of course, about the creation of the drops we’ll be tasting.
The event takes place in a relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of time for cosiness and good questions.
We will taste 4-5 different wines:
- 1 crisp white wine
- 1 summery rosé
- 1 sparkling wine (Funen bubbles!)
- 1 delicious fortified wine
- Possibly 1 red wine (depending on the season’s selection)
After the tasting, there will be an opportunity to purchase your favourite wines to take back to your caravan or tent at good prices.
IMPORTANT – Bring your own: To make it easy and camping-friendly, you must bring your own wine glass for the tasting.
📍 Location: The Terrace by the View or Carlscafeen.
💸 Price: DKK 95,- per person.
🚶♀️ Non-overnight guest: If you are not an overnight guest, you can purchase a guest ticket for an additional DKK 25,- per person at the reception. Everyone is welcome!
🎟️ Registration: As there are limited spaces, registration is required on a first-come, first-served basis. The event will take place with a minimum of 20 registered participants and has a maximum of 50 attendees.
